Obtaining Certificates | Regulus Group

Obtaining Certificates, Licenses, and Permits

In the cases provided for by the EAEU Customs Code, a goods declaration may be lodged before foreign goods enter the EAEU customs territory or, in the case of customs transit, before they reach their destination. This service covers pre-arrival customs declaration and document collection, rather than merely an advance review of documents. It is suitable when the key details of the goods, transaction and transport are known before the cargo arrives and the declaration process needs to begin in advance.
<h2>What we do</h2>
&bull; Assess whether pre-arrival customs declaration is applicable to the shipment;
&bull; Review the available documents and information relating to the goods, transaction and transport;
&bull; Prepare and electronically lodge the goods declaration under the pre-arrival declaration procedure;
&bull; Identify information that may be added or amended after the goods arrive;
&bull; Submit the required information to the customs authority after arrival and amend the declaration where necessary;
&bull; Carry out the subsequent customs operations necessary for making payments and obtaining release of the goods by the customs authority.
Pre-arrival customs declaration is not applicable to every shipment and does not in itself guarantee immediate release. If the details of the goods or transaction change, the declaration may need to be amended or a new declaration may need to be lodged.

Preliminary Declaration and Document Collection

One of the most critical stages of customs clearance is the accurate calculation of customs duties, VAT, excise taxes, other mandatory fees, and state charges at the time of declaration at the RA border.
Incorrect or incomplete calculations can lead to serious consequences such as fines, penalties, cargo retention, or even rejection by customs authorities. That&rsquo;s why it&rsquo;s crucial that calculations are done correctly&mdash;based on current customs legislation and applicable regulations.
Our company՝s experienced specialists perform calculations based on the product&rsquo;s country of origin, HS code, declared value, and components of customs value. We align the available data and documentation with the client`s requirements and current legislation, minimizing the risk of unnecessary costs or delays
Additionally, we help our clients estimate customs payments even while the cargo is still en route&mdash;providing a clear view of future expenses and enabling effective financial planning.
