for the Provision of Customs Consulting Services
1.1. This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) constitutes an offer by REGULUS GROUP LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) to any person wishing to obtain paid customs consulting services through regulusgroup.am (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) to enter into a service agreement under the terms set forth below.
1.2. Before making payment, the Customer has the opportunity to review this Offer, the description and price of the service, the terms of service provision, cancellation and refund conditions.
1.3. Acceptance of this Offer is made by the Customer by confirming their agreement with the terms of the Offer and making payment for the service through the Website.
1.4. Upon acceptance of the Offer, the service agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer shall be deemed concluded.
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with customs consulting services, and the Customer undertakes to pay for such services in accordance with this Offer and the terms published on the Website.
2.2. The customs consultation priced at AMD 20,000 (twenty thousand Armenian drams) covers the review of one product or one import case and includes:
2.3. If the Customer's request concerns more than one product, several separate import cases, or requires additional work exceeding the standard scope of this service, the scope and price of such additional work shall be agreed with the Customer in advance.
2.4. The service is provided on the basis of the information and documents submitted by the Customer and the legal regulations in force at the time of the consultation.
3.1. The price of the service is AMD 20,000 (twenty thousand Armenian drams).
3.2. Payment shall be made by cashless payment through the payment system available on the Website.
3.3. The service price on the Website is stated and payment is processed in Armenian drams (AMD).
3.4. If the currency of the Cardholder's card differs from the transaction currency, currency conversion shall be carried out in accordance with the rules established by the relevant payment system and the Card-issuing Bank.
3.5. All transactions are carried out exclusively through the 3D Secure system. The card details of the Cardholder making the transaction are protected.
4.1. After payment has been confirmed and the Service Provider has received from the Customer all information and documents required for the consultation, the Service Provider shall contact the Customer within 1 (one) business day to arrange the date and time of the consultation.
4.2. The specific date and time of the consultation shall be agreed between the Service Provider and the Customer.
4.3. The consultation may be conducted by telephone, online, or by another method agreed between the Service Provider and the Customer.
4.4. For proper provision of the service, the Customer shall provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents to the Service Provider.
4.5. If necessary information or documents are missing, the Service Provider may request additional information, and the provision of the service may be postponed accordingly until the required information is received.
5.1. The Service Provider shall provide the service in good faith and with an appropriate professional standard of care.
5.2. The Service Provider may request from the Customer any documents, product descriptions, technical data and other information required for the consultation.
5.3. If the information provided is insufficient to provide a substantiated consultation, the Service Provider may continue provision of the service after receiving the required additional information.
5.4. The Service Provider is not obliged to provide a final conclusion on matters for which the Customer has not provided sufficient or reliable information.
6.1. The Customer has the right to receive the service within the scope and under the conditions described on the Website.
6.2. The Customer shall provide reliable and complete information and documents required for the consultation.
6.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents submitted by them.
6.4. Before making payment, the Customer shall review the service description, price, this Offer and the applicable payment and service provision terms.
7.1. The consultation is provided on the basis of the information and documents submitted by the Customer, the legal regulations in force at the time of the consultation, and professional information available to the Service Provider.
7.2. The final decision of the customs authority or another competent public authority may depend on the actual characteristics of the goods, the final documents submitted, the results of examinations or expert assessments, and the assessment made by the competent authority.
7.3. The consultation provided by the Service Provider does not constitute a guarantee of any subsequent decision by a customs or other public authority.
7.4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or untruthful information or documents provided by the Customer.
8.1. The Customer's right to withdraw from the service, cancel the transaction and receive a refund shall be exercised in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the terms of this Offer.
8.2. If the Customer withdraws from the service before the actual provision of the service has commenced, the amount paid shall be refundable in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law and these terms.
8.3. If provision of the service has already commenced with the Customer's consent and the Customer subsequently withdraws from the service, the amount refundable shall be determined taking into account the portion of the service actually provided before the withdrawal, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
8.4. If the service has been fully and properly provided with the Customer's prior consent, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia concerning fully performed services shall apply.
8.5. If the Service Provider is unable to provide the service paid for by the Customer, the amount paid for that service shall be refunded in full.
8.6. To request a refund, the Customer shall contact the Service Provider using the email address or other contact details specified on the Website and provide the information necessary to identify the payment.
8.7. An approved refund shall generally be made to the same payment method used for the original payment, subject to the procedures and processing timeframes of the servicing bank and the relevant payment system.
8.8. Nothing in this Offer shall be interpreted as limiting any mandatory rights granted to the Customer or consumer under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
9.1. The Customer's personal data are processed for the purposes of arranging and providing the service, communicating with the Customer, identifying payments, and other lawful purposes provided for by applicable legislation.
9.2. Detailed terms regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the “Privacy Policy” section of the Website.
9.3. Entry of card details and payment processing are carried out in the secure environment of the relevant bank and/or payment system.
10.1. Relations arising from this Offer and any agreement concluded on its basis shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
10.2. The parties shall seek to resolve any disagreements or disputes through negotiations.
10.3. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
11.1. This Offer enters into force upon its publication on the Website and remains effective until it is amended or removed from publication.
11.2. The Service Provider may amend the terms of this Offer by publishing a new version on the Website.
11.3. Amendments to the Offer shall not apply to agreements concluded before publication of such amendments, except where otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia or agreed by the parties.
11.4. The current version of the Offer shall remain available on the Website.
