Purchase and import to order

This service is for clients who want to purchase goods from a foreign supplier or online platform without managing the purchase, import and customs declaration themselves.

The purchase and import are arranged through a partner trading company acting as buyer and importer. REGULUS GROUP assesses the import conditions in advance and handles the customs declaration operations.

Purchase and import to order follows a structured operational process:

How the process works

•    the client provides a product link or supplier quotation, description, quantity and price;

•    we assess whether the goods can be imported, the required documents and permits, and expected customs payments;

•    purchase, payment, transport, service fee and handover terms are agreed in advance;

•    the partner trading company purchases the goods in its own name and acts as importer;

•    transport is performed by the selected carrier;

•    REGULUS GROUP arranges the required permits and customs declaration;

•    after customs release, the partner company sells and hands the goods over to the client with the appropriate accounting documents.

Availability and final cost are determined after review of the goods, quantity, supplier, country of origin and delivery terms. Prohibited goods are not purchased or imported; restricted goods may be imported only with the required permits.
