Delivery of released cargo from a customs terminal or temporary storage warehouse

After customs release, the cargo must be collected from the customs terminal or temporary storage warehouse and delivered to the address specified by the client. This stage requires coordination between the warehouse, carrier and consignee.

REGULUS GROUP assists with local delivery of released cargo through partner carriers.

Delivery of released cargo from a customs terminal or temporary storage warehouse includes:

•    confirming that the goods have been released and that the documents required for collection are available;

•    confirming whether storage, loading and other charges related to release from the warehouse have been paid;

•    considering the cargo weight, dimensions, number of packages, loading conditions and vehicle requirements;

•    arranging a suitable vehicle and loading time through a partner carrier;

•    coordinating information between the customs terminal or warehouse, carrier and client;

•    arranging delivery through a partner carrier to any agreed address in Armenia.

Delivery is performed by the selected carrier. The transport cost, insurance and any special conditions are agreed separately according to the cargo and route.
